Costochondritis Three Times A Year Help Please. Want To Know Whats Wrong With Me, Read More For Symptomns Thanks.?

Help Please. Want to know whats wrong with me, read more for symptomns thanks.? - costochondritis three times a year

To the context:
I was not drinking with lactose intolerance in a few months ago to this day are diagnosed milk / yogurt, etc., but contained small amounts of chocolate and other small quantities of products containing milk.
In two years I had two febral (spelling?) Seizures and was in a coma on a respirator for a week.
In 7 years I have diagnosed with celiac disease. I went on a diet completely free of wheat. Two years ago, the reintroduction of wheat and can eat now began, a little wheat, but not much.
I was diagnosed with costochondritis in the past year and said, stay warm and in a paper bag, when my chest hurts to breathe.
Currently I am working with the physio for my knees as I leg cramps March.

My problems:
1. My chest is really painf StilllUL and can not get far before a chest really hard to stop and to go to catch his breath.
2. My knees are so painful, despite nearly a year of physical therapy and the key to the leg.
3. I have many bruises that appear randomly in the legs and arms. Seems completely arbitrary, without any contact. Especially in the legs and arms and legs, where unlickly (spelling) hit me with anything.
4. My hands and forearms, an increase in the number of freckles, large / small moles. They are not painful or itchy, but simply appear.,
5. I am totally exhausted all the time, I can crawl out of bed at 7:30 barley clock, even when I go to bed around 8-9pm.
6. It hurts all the time, my body aches especially my bones hollow.
7. My ears really huRT and believe that they hear high tones and filled with fluid.
8. I need the toilet all the time, at least three times an hour, and it is not possible with the school, almost no excuse in the class 3 times!

Please help if you know of any useful information.
Thank you very much
Amy
