Navy Retirement Candle Does Time In The US Navy Count As Retirement Time When Getting A Federal Civilian Job?

Does time in the US Navy count as retirement time when getting a federal civilian job? - navy retirement candle

Hello to all! I think joining the Navy for four years, but I know something for sure that before accession. Is the time in the enumeration of the U.S. Navy as the time of his retirement for Federal civilian employment? How does the service more time to a federal civilian work? In other words, if you spend four years in the Navy, it means all I have to do is work for 16 years in federal employment agency for 20 years get a pension and other retirement benefits received? Any response would be very grateful. Thank you!
